Yes, Ainox Pack showroom and factory are open for client visits. However, an appointment is required prior to your visit. Kindly call the Customer Service at +60 113319 3454 to schedule your appointment.

Ainox Pack offers a comprehensive range of flexible packaging formats tailored to your specific product requirements, including:

Ainox Pack utilize the proprietary AinoX Printing Tech (advance of digital printing) for flexible packaging which has proven for better color accuracy, high-resolution graphics and variable data printing for short runs.

MOQ for flexible packaging using digital printing (AinoX Printing Tech):
i) Standard size pouches: Start from just 100 pieces.
ii) Customized size pouches: Start from 500 pieces.
iii) Sachet roll form: Starts from 1 roll or 500 meters.

Gravure printing is ideal for highly cost-effective mass production:
A) Pouches: Typically start from 25,000 pieces (note that very small pouch sizes may require a higher MOQ).
B) Sachet roll form: Typically starts from 16 rolls or 8,000 meters, depending on the specific size and dimensions.

We accommodate both short and medium runs for sticker and labels:
- Sheet form stickers: Start from 1 piece
- Roll form stickers: Start from 500 pieces.

Ainox customized packaging boxes have a starting minimum order quantity of 500 pieces.

Yes, Ainox Pack does accept Malaysia government grants. Grants from agencies such as Small and Medium Enterprise Corporation Malaysia (SME Corp), Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), Tabung Ekonomi Kumpulan Usaha Niaga (TEKUN), Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB) and other government bodies are accepted.

- Adobe Illustrator (.AI) – Our preferred industry-standard format.
- PDF (.PDF) – High-resolution, vector-based files.
- Photoshop (.PSD) – Please ensure layers are maintained and resolution is at 300 DPI.
- Scalable Vector Graphics (.SVG) – Fully supported for vector-based designs.

Ainox Pack is proud to offer the fastest lead times for sticker and label printing in Malaysia.
- Sheet form stickers: The lead time is 1-2 days for the whole of West Malaysia. They even offer next-day delivery if the order is placed before 12:00 PM (Monday – Friday).
- Roll form stickers: The lead time is 5 days for the whole of West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, the lead time is subject to sea freight.
